These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Kulin Language Centre website and course services. By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to these terms.
Access to the Dutch language course is granted for 12 months from the date of payment. The course includes 60 lessons, accessible via desktop or mobile, and is designed for self-paced use.
Instructor support via email is included as a free service outside of course package payment and it is based on fair use. This means students may ask reasonable questions related to the course content. Abuse of support channels may result in restricted access.
The full course price is €99. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For Stripe's privacy and security terms, see stripe.com/privacy.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the course portion (€69), while the €30 administrative fee is non-refundable.
Upon completion of any level (A1–B2), you may request a free digital certificate. These are issued in PDF format.
Kulin Language Centre is officially registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under registration number 77830326.
All materials provided in the course are the intellectual property of Kulin Language Centre. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited without written permission.
